Here’s a great recipe for sourdough discard banana bread. I originally got this award-winning quick bread recipe from my mom, but I added some sourdough starter to give it an extra boost of goodness! The written recipe is below. Enjoy!

✏️ Recipe
➡️ Wet ingredients:
Eggs 2 (~100g)
Bananas 2
Sugar 1 1/2 cups (300g)
Vegetable Oil 1/2 cup (110g)
Whole Milk 1 1/4 cups (300g)
Vanilla extract 1 tsp (5g)
Sourdough Starter 1/4 cup (50g)
Note: This is a very wet batter. If you want to have a thicker banana bread batter, cut the amount of milk in half (150g).
➡️ Dry ingredients:
All purpose flour 1 3/4 cup (250g)
Salt 1/2 tsp (3g)
Baking soda 1 tsp (5g)
