Built in 1936, St. Catherine’s Chapel is a small Catholic Church located just east of Rocky Mountain National Park between Allenspark and Estes Park. Pope John Paul II prayed at the chapel during his visit to Denver in 1993. In 1999, Boulder County granted the church historical status. A beautiful place to visit on the foothills of Longs Peak. Taken in August 2022 with a DJI Mavic Mini.
