- Debriefing meetings with the Board's Electronic Poll Book vendor on various changes and enhancements desired in advance of the November election;
- Correspondence with the political parties regarding recruitment and appointment of Judges of Election;
- Options for the canvass to update the voter rolls for the upcoming elections;
- The status of legislation that would allow school districts to opt out of having buildings serving as polling places;
- The U.S. Court of Appeals affirming the Circuit Court ruling that upheld the constitutionality of rules for signature requirements and petition-circulation schedules for citywide offices;
- The status of legislation that would reinforce the use of schools as polling places and also encourage school districts to schedule holidays or teachers' institutes on election days;
- Issuing notice of breach of contract to a cartage company; and,
- Possible updates to the state's rules for the counting of provisional ballots.
