Nottingham Forest are among several clubs offered the chance to sign former Real Madrid and Bayern Munich midfielder James Rodriguez. The Colombian, who impressed in this summer's COPA America, has a desire to prove himself in England’s elite division again. Rodriguez, 33, spent last season at Sao Paulo after a stint in Greece with Olympiacos, a club owned by Forest's owner Evangelos Marinakis. He also has Premier League experience with Everton. Currently available as a free transfer, his wages would be substantial. If he joins, he could be an inspirational figure for Morgan Gibbs-White.
