Inspired by @foodmymuse this is a wild salmon crudo that will fill up that gap when you’re looking for something delicious, and a source of omega-3s. It also helps that this is so fresh and light prefect for summer. I’ll be eating this again and again this summer
Green Ingredients sauce :
- 1 handful parsley
- 1 handful cilantro
- 1 tsp heaping miso
- 1 tbsp 50% less sodium @sanjtamari tamari
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp water
Method
1) blend well in a food processor
2) slice salmon
3) layer green sauce on the bottom, then layer the salmon on top
4) garnish with scallions, sesame seeds, chili oil
