A nice quick, light, floral flavoiur cocktail. If you like the Elderflower liqueur St Germain than look no further than the St Germain Spritz. As with all with Spritz drinks it is built over the rocks and this one doesn't disappoint with prosecco complimenting the elderflower tasting notrs with the crispness of the sparkling water kicking through it.
St Germain Spritz Recipe (Ingredients):
- 40ml (3oz) St Germain elderflower liqueur
- 40ml (3oz) Prosecco
- 40ml (3oz) Sparkling water
How to make (Method):
1. Fill a glass with ice.
2. Pour the St Germain over the ice.
3. Top up with prosecco and sparkling water.
4. Give it a light stir.
5. Garnish with a 2 half slices of lemon and edible flower (optional).
