Recent floods on the North Coast of KZN saw the Zinkwazi Estuary open to the sea. We managed to get it on the spring tides a week after the big opening. So this is a peaceful tidal flow out of the lagoon going on towards the low tide. The rock shelves in the mouth create some great waves and really nice holes. Something to remember for the future.
