▪️½ piece chopped ginger
For saute:
▪️4 tablespoon olive oil
▪️1 kilogram kambing
▪️1 medium onion, chopped
▪️3 cloves garlic
▪️¼ cup tomato paste
▪️1 tablespoon chili
▪️1 whole red & green bell pepper
▪️¾ cup green olives
▪️2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
▪️1 canned tomato
▪️¼ cup cheese (optional)
