2 tsp cooking oil ( to cook the cabbage)
1 tsp cooking oil for the seasoning
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/8 tsp hing
1/2 tsp uddina bele / urad dal/ split black gram
1 red chili
few curry leaves
6+/- green chilies

3/4 cup grated coconut
coriander leaves
marble sized tamarind
