This talk deals with what you need to do after you have been granted permission to proceed with your claim for judicial review in the UK Administrative Courts, by going through the Administrative Court's Guide to Judicial review of 2016 (see talk 1 for link). It deals with standard directions, how to go about compiling the bundle for the substantive hearing , amendments and the importance of talking to the other parties in your case. It is offered as assistance for those representing themselves and not as legal advice, for which you should consult a barrister or solicitor.
