I am super excited to announce an upcoming 21 Days Pranayama Challenge!
We will be doing pranayama practice together for 21 days daily during this challenge. We will start slow and progressively build on to help improve our breathing quality and capacity.

Release time : 8 am IST daily
Duration of each session : 20-25mins
