If you're here, chances are you want to learn to lucid dream. With all the information out there, and even on this channel, it can get a bit overwhelming, and it's easy to make mistakes. I think everyone is going to make at least one or two mistakes in their lucid dreaming journey. So today I'm sharing what I think are the top 5 most common mistakes I've seen beginners make, based on comments and messages I've received.
(Note: This isn't the same as my previous beginner mistakes video from a year ago, except for 1 of the 5 mistakes which I think is still the biggest mistake people make. Hint: It's not getting in REM!)
