Today we are talking personal finance and ideal household budget percentages. I am taking 1 whole year of expenses and comparing them to our family budget! I want you to see what REAL spending is like when you have a solid household budget. These are just simple personal finance basics. There are budget categories and each budget category has a recommended percentage. Simple, right?

The reason I do this is because I have somehow managed to fall into a "frugal living" genre where I am regularly judged for how much we spend and it is my personal mission in life to show you that spending some money, as long as it is reasonable, is actually OKAY. If it is in the budget and falls within the recommended budget percentages then you are good to go!
