To keep things as consistent as possible we used the same power meter - the Garmin Vector 3 - for each effort. Ollie also tried to average 325 watts for each effort.
We found the closest matching Strava segments to compare the rides. The virtual segment on Strava is called "Zwift - 100 climbs Box Hill segment" and the real life segment is called "Official 100 climbs No14 Box Hill". These are pretty much identical except the virtual segment is 20 metres longer.
Ollie averaged 327 watts for the virtual segment and 323 watts for the real life segment.
