In partnership with Massimo Bottura's Food for Soul organisation, Refettorio Felix at St. Cuthbert's opened its doors to bring the fight against food waste to London.
We're proud to be partnered with such an inspiring non-profit organisation and have donated home appliances to help support Food for Soul's ambition of social inclusion and individual well-being.
Recovering 7 tonnes of food which would have otherwise been thrown away, Refettorio Felix has served 4,500 nutritious multi-course home cooked meals with the help of over 550 volunteers, in just the first three months of its opening in June 2017.
