1)把排骨洗干净,冷水下锅煮至捞出备用
2)姜、蒜&辣椒剁碎
3)热锅热油,把躲好的材料& 1勺半豆瓣酱一起爆香,再加入排骨&少许清水一起翻炒均匀
4)装盘,蒸30分钟,出锅撒上青葱即可❤️
