19-B SOUP
Ingredients
Chicken stock 6-8 cups
Oil 2 tbsp
Boneless chicken breast thinly sliced 1
Prawns 12-15
Chicken powder 2 tbsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Dark soya sauce 4 tbsp
Vinegar 3 tbsp
Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Capsicum finely chopped 2 tbsp
Cabbage finely chopped 2 tbsp
Carrot finely chopped 2 tbsp
Mushrooms finely chopped 6
Corn flour ½ cup
water ¼ cup
Egg beaten 1
Bean sprouts ½ cup
Bean curd chopped into cubes 1
Chopped spring onion 2 tbsp
METHOD
Heat oil in a wok, add chicken julienne, fry till the color changes, add prawns and fry for 2 mins, add in stock, let it boil, add chicken powder, add all the seasonings, cook for 2 mins, add all the sliced veggies, cook for 5 mins, thicken soup with corn flour paste. Lastly add beaten egg, stir, serve garnish with spring onion leaves and lastly add bean curd.

GOLA KABAB SIZZLER
Ingredients for Kabab :
Beef mince ½ kg
Onion sliced 1
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
Allspice powder 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Chilies garlic sauce 1 tbsp
Piper cubeba grinded ¼ tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Cloves pepper powder ¼ tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Bread slices soak in milk 2
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Ingredients for sizzling:
Oil 2 tbsp
Cauliflower 1 cup
Capsicum cut in cubes 1
Carrot cut in slices 1
Zucchini ½ cup
Black pepper ½ tsp
Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
Sambal Oelek 1 tbsp
METHOD
Put all the kabab ingredients in chopper and grind it well. Now make longish type gola kababs with greased hands, then shallow fry kebabs in oil, lit a coal to give dum. In another wok, heat ¼ cup oil, add cauliflower 1 cup, capsicum 1 cut in cubes, carrot 1 cut in slices, zucchini ½ tsp, stir fry for 2-3 mins, add in salt pinch, ½ tsp black pepper, Sambal Oelek, Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp, fry for just 5 mins. Heat a sizzler, put cabbage on the base, put kababs on top of cabbage, sauté vegetables on the sides, top with little oil so that your sizzler sizzle, serve with nan.
