green chilly
coconut
ginger

coriander
cumin powder

peas

procedure :
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion, tomato, green chilly paste and let them sizzle.
2. sauté until they turn golden brown.
3. Add coconut ginger garlic coriander paste.
4. Add diced potatoes, peas, coriander powder, turmeric chili powder, and garam masala powder. Mix well.
5. Add salt, and water. Stir well.
6. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked through.
7. Add fresh cream and Garnish with fresh cilantro coriander serve hot with naan, rice, or roti.
