King Charles seeks to distance himself from Prince Harry because of concerns he may become involved in the Home Office court dispute.
Daily Mirror Royal Editor Russel Myers says Harry has had a “long-running court case” with his Home Office over his “security arrangements".
“The King is caught between a rock and a hard place it seems between having a relationship with his son and then obviously trying to help him out to get him to come to the country more often,” Mr Myers said.
