Addressing at Economic Times Global Business Summit, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi reviewed the Indian economic growth last year and vowed to take "true reform" that will transform people's lives. He said the quality of life of the common citizen especially the poor has to be increased. Modi said the government will not eliminate all subsidies but will rationalize and target them to the needy.
