Former US-American track and field athlete Florence Griffith-Joyner is the world record holder in the women's Olympic 100 m and 200 m event. The world records she set at the 1988 Olympic Games in Seoul have never been broken. Griffith-Joyner did not only claim the two gold medals for the 100 m and 200 m, but also won Gold with the Team USA in the 4 x 100 m at Seoul 1988.
