DAING NA BANGUS is a Filipino fish dish. Milkfish is marinated overnight with a mixture of vinegar, garlic, salt, and ground pepper. It is best served with a dipping sauce or “sawsawan”, sunny side up egg, and garlic rice or what they called DASILOG which stands for DAing, SInangag (fried rice) and itLOG (egg).
