Renowned spectacle and street performers Macnas wowed crowds in Kilkenny on the Wednesday afternoon and evening of the 2013 Kilkenny Arts Festival with their Chaosmos street parade, starting in the grounds of Kilkenny Castle before working its way through the Parade, High Street, The Courthouse and Parliament Street.

The parade itself featured owls, foxes, mice and other masked creatures, a giant music box, a fifteen foot penny farthing ridden by a giant dragonfly and more besides.
