Dasar are the basics and foundation of PCK. Our basic jurus, blocks, strikes and footwork. Building a flow is like shadow boxing. You are just imitating combinations of movement you would use in combat. It is good to start slow and smoothly and to maintain the integrity of the strikes etc, not letting them become sloppy. This flow uses some of our basic material. Later the animal systems and bela diri (self defense) can be added to complete the flow and make it more well rounded.
