Highlights include the Barauni Refinery's expansion from 3 MTPA to 9 MTPA with a ₹15,500 crore investment, a 200 KTA polypropylene unit, and a ₹5,600 crore city gas distribution project covering 27 districts. Kumar also revealed plans for 3-4 compressed biogas (CBG) plants to boost renewable energy in the state.
