The Garmin VIRB system supports multiple cameras through a master/slave system where the remote is paired with, and controls, one of the cameras, designed as Master, and the Master camera, in turn, controls one or more Slave cameras (called Extended Cameras in this system). The only small problem is it does not work, as of 08/08/2017 with the latest firmware installed. The Slave camera is not reliably triggered even when standing 1 cm apart from each other on a table top. Sometimes the slave starts but does not stop, sometimes it does not start at all.
