Pancakes that you can eat without a guilty conscience. They will win you over with their taste, quick and easy preparation.
Ingredients:
Banana 1,
Oatmeal 100 g.
Rice flour 50 g.
Melted butter 40 g. (unsalted),
Milk 100 ml.
2 eggs,
Vanilla sugar 10 g.
Baking powder 5 g.
A little vegetable oil for the pan - only for the first time.
Fry at medium temperature, when bubbles appear then turn them over.
