Launched from Col Rodella 2484m.

Then crossed the valley to soar up to the Langkofel peaks- Sas Plat - Dent - Punta Grohmann - Cin Deic - Sassolungo 3181m.

Saw some gliders across the valley to the east and saw a plan forming in my head. With the altitude I gaind at Sassolungo it was an easy glide over to- Valon Bianch - Sass dai Ciamorces - 2999m.

From there it wasn't far to check out the ski lift house over at - Sass Pordoi - Punta de Joel - Piz Boé - Cresta Streanta - 3152m.

Here I've got some nice thermals and gained enough altitude to take the leap to cross the large valley to see the Marmolada mountains. Stopped for a thermal above the low rig in the middle of the valley and made it to Punta De Cornates - Gran Vernel - Punta Penia (Ghiacciaio della Marmolada) 3343m.

I wanted to finish strong and soar up on the other side of Monte Colac - 2715m. However I was barley zeroing on the NW side and weren't able galantly cross Crepa Neigra.

After 3 hours of breathtaking circling around, what I previusly thought impossible, I landed at Campitello di Fassa - 1450m.

I consider this my most exciting flight of 2022.
