Christmas is a time of celebration, reflection, and connection. Rooted in Christian tradition, it commemorates the birth of Jesus Christ, but over centuries, it has evolved into a global celebration marked by joy, generosity, and family gatherings. Throughout our lives, we each have our own ideas, experiences, and reflections on this yuletide season. Sharing these is a wonderful way to inspire others and help them reflect on their own experiences.
With God’s help, the Passionist PDO will be launching an initiative entitled Reflect and Rejoice: A Christmas Reflection in This Jubilee Year 2025—Pilgrims of Hope. This event, taking place from December 16–24, 2024 at 9 o'clock in the morning on the Passionist PDO Facebook page. This will provide an opportunity for individuals to listen and share inspiring stories, and to engage in sacred reflections. Proceeds of this event will go to Health Care and Retirement of Priests Advocacy.
