Sale contracts are to be signed with purchasers of apartments at the new affordable estates in Chatham Views and Bob Peliza Mews soon, the Government has confirmed to GBC in answer to questions.
The Government says construction costs worldwide have increased by around 30 -40% since prices for the flats were originally calculated.
