In this video, we are upgrading a 14.4V Bosch 4 piece tool set from Nicad to Lithium-ion batteries. With 4 batteries to upgrade, we will be taking apart the old Nicad cells and replacing them with 18650 Lithium-ion cells. 18650 cells are the standard lithium ion cells used by power tool manufacturers like Dewalt Milwaukee and Makita.Not only that, but we will also be stripping out the Nicad charger and wiring in a laptop charger instead.
