💡 Note: As a requirement, make sure you can perform the shown exercises properly without weights before you add weight to it. The additional weight is a recommendation from our side, this can of course be adjusted individually down or up.

00:14 1️⃣ EXPLOSIVE BAND PULL-UPS - 3 sets of 3/4 reps
00:28 2️⃣ WEIGHTED PULL-UPS + 5kg - 3 sets of 4 reps
00:34 3️⃣ WEIGHTED DEEP SQUATS + 20kg - 2 sets of 12 reps
00:47 4️⃣ WEIGHTED DIPS + 5KG - 3 SETS OF 5 REPS
00:54 5️⃣ WEIGHTED LUNGES + 20kg - 2 sets of 8 reps each
01:07 6️⃣ WEIGHTED KNEE RAISES + 5kg - 3 sets of 10 reps
01:22 7️⃣ WEIGHTED CHIN-UP HOLD + 5kg - 2 sets of 10 sec
