Chicken Ginger Handi
Ingredients:
Oil 1/4 cup
Ginger (chopped) 2 tbsp
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Chicken strips (boneless) 1 kg
Tomato puree 1 cup
Cumin powder 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 2 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
NESTLÉ MILKPAK Yogurt 1 cup
Ginger (julienne) for garnishing
Green coriander (chopped) for garnishing
Directions:
1. In a pot heat oil and add ginger, garlic, cumin seeds. Sauté for a minute.
2. Add green chilies and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add chicken and cook until chicken changes color.
4. Add tomato puree, cumin powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt and cook for 5-10 mins.
5. Add Nestlé MilkPak Yogurt and cook until oil separates.
6. Lastly garnish it with ginger, green coriander and serve. Your Chicken Ginger Handi is ready. Serve and enjoy.
