The Crags trail was an absolutely beautiful run. Pay attention getting to the trailhead as the turnoff can be easy to miss.
An out and back trail, I would rate it a moderately difficult run due to starting at around 10k feet and had a total elevation gain of 820 feet (most all of which was head towards the Crags itself). Trail 664 and 664A split about 0.5 miles into your hike/run. In order to stay heading towards the Crags, follow 664 to the left. There is a small, white sign stapled to a tree to help guide you along. Early switchbacks are aggressive an the last 0.5 miles to the top of the Crags are steep. Outside of that, the trail is quite runable and not too technical. It is a beautiful run.
