I traveled all the way to Miami, Florida to check off one of my bucket list species - a Peacock Bass. Fishing in an unknown territory with no knowledge of which canals would produce, I didn't know what to expect on this trip. I relied heavily on sight fishing. South Florida is known to be productive for peacock bass fishing and with so many accessible canals, I knew I would hook onto one eventually.
