There are 3 Orb Mothers (Giant Spiders) that are located on the Orb Vallis Landscape, if you can't seem to find them, this video will help you out.

For those wondering if you can kill these creatures. No you cannot. The ability to takedown the Orb Mothers will come in a future update.
