Allison Kaz
Allison Kaz is the Head of Casting & Talent for Electus as well as her
own independant casting company, Kaz TV. For over a decade she has
helped to launch hit reality shows such as: NBC's The Biggest Loser,
CW's Beauty and the Geek, Fox's MasterChef, ABC's Extreme Makeover:
Weight Loss Edition, Oxygen's Hair Battle Spectacular, Spike's Bar
Rescue, Animal Planet's My Cat From Hell, and VH1's The Pick Up Artist,
I Know My Kids A Star and The OCD Project. Additional NBC shows have
included Age of Love, For Love or Money and The Apprecntice. Most
recently, Allison has cast NBC's hit show Fashion Star and TNT's The
Hero.

Allison started her career in entertainment working for The Tonight Show
with Jay Leno. She has an eye for finding talent and knows the reality
television sector inside and out. She has an incredible knack for
spotting great characters and the majority of the shows she has cast
have ranked in the top of their demographic.
