Ingredients :
Boiled Potatoes (उबले हुए आलू ) - 4 ( 300 gms)
Sago Pearls (साबूदाना ) - 1/2 cup ( 80 gms )
Black pepper (काली मिर्च ) - 1 tsp
Salt (नमक ) - 1/2 tsp or to taste
Oil (तेल ) - for frying
How to meake Sabudana Kurkure :
1. Put in a jar.Add black pepper, salt. Coarsely grind the ingredints.
2. Peel and grate boiled potatoes. Add the grinded sabudana to it.
3. Add oil. Mix it well and make dough. Cover and keep the dough aside for 15 to 20 minutes to set.
4. After 20 minutes, take a sev machine with the jali having thickest pores, meanwhile grease hands and make log from dough. Put in machine.
5. Oil is preheated, check oil if medium hot. Press and put the kurkure to fry in oil. Fry on low flame for a while till golden brown.
6. Once fried well take them out in a plate, prepare all kurkures likewise.
Serving :
7. Crunchy Munchy Sabudana Kurkure are fried and ready. fill it up in an air tight container and relish it for over a month.
