We currently unbox and review MuscleBox, Barbell Box and Gainz Box. We have a weekly podcast called Gym Talk with Tyler Nielsen. In that podcast, we take a pre-workout and talk about life events. We have a post-show on after our workout. We are Grant Mayse and Shelby Philbrook. We try to push the envelope.
