Hi Guys. This is Alice from Landpack Machinery.

Today, I’d like to introduce you a powder weighing and packing System LD-620D.

It’s is fully automatic from feeding, weighing and packing different types of powder, like milk powder, coffee powder, wheat powder, cocoa powder and so on.

This system is mainly consist of 3 parts, screw conveyor for feeding, auger filler for measuring, main packer for making bags and sealing.

Now let’s check one by one. Firstly is the screw conveyor.

Screw Conveyor
This is the powder storage tank, there are round shape and square shape for option.
the capacity is 230L, very big to hold enough powder and could save your time from feeding powder frequently.
The SS304 cover is to keep the powder away from outside air. From this transparent window you can still see inside clear and know material condition well .

This is the open type screw feeding tube, there is a screw inside here, it keep rotating to transport the powder onto the auger filler for measuring.
By the way, the tube is locked up by those small switches, by opening them, it can be very easy to clean the tube and screw inside.

The Second Part is Auger Filler, it’s to measure the powder . This auger filler is 50L, it can handle 5g~3000gram per bag, but you’ll need to change different metering screw inside. Because each screw has specific metering range. For example, this one is for weighing 500~1000g per bag, if you want to meter 1000~2000g per bag, then you will need to change it.

Each metering screw include a leakage proof plate here, every time after filling one bag powder, the plate will close up and prevent extra powder filling inside the bag, which to make sure high weighing accuracy and perfect sealing effect.

The auger filler is controlled by servo motor, which make metering speed faster and ensure long-term stable running.

The third part is Main Packer. It’s to making bags and sealing.

On the back side of the main machine, there is a film rolling device, it can hold different size of packing film, and the max film width for this model is 620mm.

Here is the Ribbon Code printer, it can print max 3 line 45letters.
This is the bag former,one bag width needs one bag former, the rolling ball ON surface is to fasten the film rolling speed, This is the sealing structure for pillow bag, vertical sealing and horizontal sealing. A gusset bag device can be added if you also want to make gusset bags.

Below the sealing structure, A bag holding device can better protect the bags while filling.

This is the finished product conveyor and this is the finished bags collection table.

Finally, let’s check and control panel and then run the machine.
