The first ever Women’s UAE Tour kicks off with a 109.5km stage from Port Rashid to Dubai Harbour. Not much of the stage heads across open desert, so there will be little threat of crosswinds. The stage is pan-flat and the run-in to the finish is plays out on wide, exquisitely tarmacked highways, where we expect a sprint to be contested.
