Hundreds of IFP supporters have attended the party's rally at KwaMakhutha in the south of Durban.
This is ahead of the party's manifesto launch at the Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban on Sunday.
The IFP is the official opposition in the province and the fourth largest in the country.
