chicken sukka ...
This dish is prepared in every household in Mangalore & whole of tulunadu... There are varied recipes of chicken sukka , wth the modern twist but this one is the old version with little changes.. U can use coconut oil instead of Ghee & u can use whole chilly ,instead of chilly powder.
Above shown recipe is my Mom's recipe ...
