The British Masters makes a return to The European Tour schedule this year after an eight year absense. Originally founded in 1946, many of the game's legendary players have lifted the trophy such as Seve Ballesteros, Bobby Locke, Peter Thompson, Nick Faldo, Greg Norman, Colin Montgomerie, Justin Rose and Lee Westwood.
