Terence Ho has had an 18-year career in the Singapore Public Service, holding policy, research and leadership positions in the Ministry of Trade and Industry, Ministry of Education, South East Community Development Council, Ministry of Finance, and Ministry of Manpower. He has also served as a Board Member of the Building and Construction Authority and the Workforce Singapore Agency. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge, a Master's degree in International and Development Economics from Yale University, and an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD.
Dr Intan Azura Mokhtar served as a Member of Parliament, Member and Deputy Chairperson of the Singapore Government Parliamentary Committee (GPC) for Education (May 2011 to June 2020), and Member of the GPC for Manpower and for Transport (September 2015 to June 2020). She has taught executive programmes for government officials from Vietnam, Macau and the United Arab Emirates. She is currently Special Advisor to the National Library Board's Digital and Information Literacy Community of Practice (DIL CoP); Advisor to the Education Services Union; Member of the Ministry of Communication and Information's Digital Readiness Council Steering Committee; and Member of the Board of Trustees of NTUC U-Care Fund.
Donovan Choy is an independent researcher based in Singapore. He graduated from the CEVRO Institute with a Masters in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) with a specialisation in Institutional, Behavioural, and Austrian Economics. He was also previously a Visiting Scholar at the American Institute for Economic Research (AIER). He is also an alumnus of the Institute for Humane Studies and a Young Affiliate at the European-based Network for Constitutional Economics and Social Philosophy (NOUS).
