Vaccines Minister Nadhim Zahawi says the government has "not made any decisions" on whether to give coronavirus jabs to 12 to 15-year-olds.
Speaking to Trevor Phillips On Sunday, Mr Zahawi said if the vaccines were rolled out to this age group parents would need to give their consent.
He also confirmed that vaccine passports are to be introduced for large venues in a bid to prevent further closures this winter.
