In this video, I have tried to explain about the partition of Abadi Deh and Shamilat Deh. Whoever wants to seek partition of immovable property must know first that what is the nature of property. Either property a an Agricultural land or other than agricultural. Because, we have two different forums of partition of land/ property i.e Civil Courts and Revenue Courts. The Revenue Court may include Tehsildar, Assistant Commissioner, Collector, Commissioner and Board of Revenue. I have given reference of a judgment reported as PLD 2016 Peshawar 8.
