After a lot of persuasion, Arnav agrees to go with Khushi to her parent's house. Garima and Madhumati clean the house and fix the old air conditioner for Arnav's stay. Khushi cries while bidding farewell to her in-laws. Manorama scares Arnav about his visit to the Gupta house. Khushi brings a potted plant for Arnav. Bubbly gets hold of the soap on which Shyam had imprinted Arnav's locker key to make a duplicate key.
