Rob and the team have just completed the deep aeration winter program. This relieves compaction and water that is in the root zone, the added aeration into the root zone promotes healthy growth and disease resistant greens to get them into perfect condition ready for the spring. If you have played on other courses this summer with really spongy wet greens this means that they do not do enough aeration and the water is retained giving a bobbily surface.
