The FIA has added a sentence to Article 11.1.2. that seems to be hurting Red Bull the most considering the fact that they’ve been struggling to achieve balance with their car with their latest upgrade packages, and now the championships in both categories have come to fruition all of a sudden. Even though Red Bull and the FIA declined any wrongdoing by the team in this regard, the drop in performance of the Austrian team as well as the new braking rules by the FIA that will be implemented from Zandvoort onwards will be two of the primary talking points once the season continues this weekend, and the most important question is: have Red Bull exploited the loophole that they’re accused of, and if so, will their downfall be imminent?
